Two professional licenses were issued in zip code 95821 during the third quarter of 2020, according to California’s Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA). In the previous quarter, no licenses were issued.

Two zip codes, 95628 and 95821, had the most professional licenses issued in the coverage area with two each.
