Assemblyman Hoover names Clutch small business of the year for district

Today, Assemblyman Josh Hoover announced Clutch as the 2024 Small Business of the Year for the 7th Assembly District. The firm, founded by Anne Descalzo and Rachel Zillner, is located in Rancho Cordova. It specializes in innovative business solutions using human-centered and data-driven strategies.

Clutch is known for supporting businesses of all sizes and has partnered with state agencies like the California Department of Public Health and Department of Housing and Community Development. Assemblyman Hoover stated, “Clutch’s commitment to creating meaningful solutions is invaluable to our community.”

The company was recognized among Inc. magazine’s fastest-growing companies in 2024. Their expertise spans marketing, communications, and event management.
